Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before installing or using the Send2Mealie Chrome extension ("the Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Send2Mealie is a Chrome browser extension that allows you to send recipe page URLs from your browser to a self-hosted Mealie instance via its API. The Extension is provided as open-source software.
Send2Mealie is an independent, community-developed tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to the Mealie project or mealie-recipes. "Mealie" is the name of an open-source recipe manager; any trademarks or rights associated with that name belong to their respective owners. Use of the Mealie name in this Extension is solely for the purpose of describing interoperability.
The Extension's source code is made available as open-source software. You may review, modify, and redistribute the source code in accordance with the applicable open-source license included in the repository. Installing the Extension from the Chrome Web Store is governed by these Terms as well as the Google Chrome Web Store Terms of Service.
Send2Mealie communicates exclusively with the Mealie server URL and API token that you provide during setup. You are solely responsible for:

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future versions of Chrome or Mealie.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developers of Send2Mealie be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of data, loss of recipes, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Extension interacts with third-party recipe websites and the Mealie API. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of any third-party website or service. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms and policies.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, please uninstall the Extension.
